As demand for comprehensive children’s services continues to rise, the company sought a financing solution that would support the buildout of a new clinic location.

Avtech provided $1,093,761 in financing on a 48-month term to support the project. The structure included leasehold improvements, furniture and fixtures, network and IT infrastructure, and other soft costs essential to operating a high-capacity care environment.

These investments will enable the group to expand, increase patient capacity, and enhance the quality and continuity of care across multiple specialty areas.
